'After working as a blue-chip marketeer for companies such as Ford, BP, Reed International and the CBI, I set up dMC as the conventional one-man band in 1990. Now, 15 years later, the company has grown to a substantial size. My role is to plan strategies and oversee the production department, as well as heading client programmes and running training for our public sector clients. I also find time to be Chairman of the Home Counties South Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a member of its Council and Professional Practices Committee.'
